Rules：
I. Double QPS Carnival indicates that Face++ users are allowed to have their existing QPS capacity multiply by two, between the time period 0:00 18th Sep 2017 and 24:00 17th Oct 2017 at GMT-7 time zone, and the capacity will be resumed back to normal at 0:00 18th Oct, 2017 GMT-7.
II. Double QPS Carnival is limited to registered users with applications created on Face++.
III. Double QPS Carnival only applies to users who are using Face++ APIs (including free and pay-as-you-go users). SDK users and users with hourly/monthly plan are not included.
IV. With double QPS, free users are still limited to shared QPS capacity as usual.

2. Limited Quantity Offer (hourly/monthly plan)
From 18th Sep to 27th Sep, 2017, Face++ provides a limited quantity offer at 10:00 AM GMT-7 every day. The quantity for this special offer is 50 per day. (Under hourly/monthly plan, users are able to prepay for future usage by QPS capacity, and enjoy unlimited use within a specified period of time)

5 QPS / 1 day (24 hours): Worth $600 → Now just $1
5 QPS / 1 hour: Worth $25 → Now just $0.01
New user purchase process：
Registration → Create application → Be qualified to purchase → Purchase special offer → Set service starting time (before 17th Oct, 2017) → Make payment → Purchase complete
Old user purchase process：

Rules：
I. All users who have created an application on Face++ are able to purchase the limited quantity offer.
II. It is based on first-come first-served basis, which is determined by the order of payment time. Successful purchase for limited quantity offer will indicate your payment at the discounted price.
III. One account (with same mobile number, or email) can purchase only one limited quantity offer per day.
IV. Each account can only use two limited quantity offers at a time. If one account applies over two of them, the third one will be invalid, and cannot be reused afterwards.
V. Overdue accounts can purchase this special offer after overdue payments are been made.
VI. Users should set the service starting time when purchasing the offer. The starting time is non-adjustable after the purchase is complete.
VII. Credits from this purchase will expire after 17th Oct, 2017. Please do note that it is not refundable or switchable to other plans.

QPS is the number of queries or requests per second. For example, if your QPS capacity is 5, your application can make up to 5 queries in one second.

Users can register on Face++ website, and verify the account with their email. Register now
Q3: Are there any qualifications for registering an account?
It is required that users have a verifiable email address. Face++ will automatically send a verification mail to your email address, then you can complete your registration.
Q4: I did not receive a verification email.
Please check your spam-mail folder, if not, try re-send another verification mail.
Q5: What if I cannot use up the credits from the limited quantity offer by 17th Oct, 2017?
Credits from this purchase will expire after 17th Oct. Please note that it is not refundable.
Q6: What if I set the wrong starting time for the limited quantity offer?
Please make sure the starting time is correct before making the payment. Note that you cannot readjust your starting time after the purchase.
Q7: I am an hourly/monthly plan user; do I also have double QPS capacity?
No, QPS Carnival only applies to users who are using Face++ APIs (including free and pay-as-you-go users), SDK users and users with hourly/monthly plan are not included.
