To further improve system stability and service reliability, Face++ will perform a scheduled infrastructure upgrade and service migration starting at 00:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8) on September 15, 2026. The overall migration is expected to take approximately one hour.
During the migration, the following services may be affected:
1. Console Access
The Face++ Console will be temporarily unavailable during the migration. Access is expected to be restored once the migration is completed.
2. FaceSet Search APIs
During the migration, FaceSet Search-related APIs may experience brief request failures (HTTP 400/500 errors). The impact is expected to last only a few minutes, after which the services will return to normal. Other API services will not be affected.
We will make every effort to minimize the maintenance window and service disruption. If your business relies on the services listed above, we recommend making the necessary arrangements in advance.
